We recently contracted with LB Development & Engineering complete interior roads and place a 2nd lif tof asphalt for all our roads within Delray lakes, a 174 lot development in Delray Beach, Florida. We were pleased with the performance of LB Development & Engineering as they completed our project on time and within budget. We had a few changes that required coordination with our engineer and the city but they were handled efficiently and in a professional manner. Our engineers certified taht the finished product ws fully in conformance with the engineering design.
