General Contractor

From design to certification of occupancy, LB provides turnkey construction services including site development, architecture, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and all general performance as per our clients’ requirements on lump sum, unit price, cost plus with a maximum guarantee on time and material basis.

Site Development

Based on our strong background in engineering and site development, we are able to combine the site development component with general contracting, including heavy excavation, water store drainage, secondary utilities, bridging, connecting and tying into public and DOT roads meeting all codes and specifications.

Construction Management

LB creates effective construction management teams by binding a project network consisting of architects, engineers, construction managers with the client’s staff and subcontractors.

Design Build

To ensure our clients’ satisfaction and comfort, LB provides design build services including general construction, site development, construction management, building alteration and renovation – giving our clients the highest level of confidence, providing the highest level of CAD design technology, and GPS service systems.

Building Alteration / Renovation

Due to barriers and a rough market, LB provides clients with remodeling and alteration services, increasing efficiency and maximizing the potential value of their existing assets.
