LB has created a team to manage construction by binding a project network consisting of Architects, Engineers, Construction Managers and the Client staff and Subcontractors.

Based on budget, scheduling analysis and other study components reaching the client goals in terms of quality, cost efficiency, value engineering by meeting with plans and specifications.

Subcontractors are selected based on quality, integrity and ability to bring the project to completion meeting the client budgetary goals and quality.

Timing out our construction management with the design group and the subcontractors and bringing the project to the completion satisfying quality, scheduling and budgeting cost.
