L.B. Development & Engineering has over 40 years experience with general construction, massive earthwork, excavation, major roadwork, and complete land site-development.

Our previous and current project types include residential, institutional, and commercial projects. We work closely with our clients to provide the best possible services to make certain the completed project meet or exceed expectations.

We are a professional fully licensed and insured company whose insistence on quality, integrity, professional performance and cost efficiency has made us one of the premier General Contractors in the South Florida area. We complete international public and private projects both in the United States and abroad at International locations.

Our company has completed government contracted projects, which has encompassed total site development of neighborhoods and general construction of residential and commercial areas. Our projects typically consists of between 700 to 1,200 units, involving 500,000 to 1,000,000 cubic meters of excavation, including major new construction, water tunnels, bridges, and major D.O.T. roadways consisting between 3 to 7 miles of roadway.
